Twin Harbor Ventures – Privacy Notice

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This notice explains how Twin Harbor Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Twin Harbor", "we", "us"), handles personal information collected through twinharborventures.com (the "Site") and when you email us.

What we collect

  • Emails you send us: if you email contact@twinharborventures.com, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
  • Basic technical data: when you visit, our hosting provider may record standard information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of the visit. Our host also gives us visitor statistics so we can count visits; these use a cookie that lasts about 30 minutes. We don't use them for advertising, and we don't use advertising trackers. Our host also sets a cookie for security.
  • We don't ask for payment details, government ID or any sensitive information. Please don't send them by email.

How we use it

We use the details in your email only to read and reply to your message and to keep a record of our correspondence. We use technical data to keep the Site running and secure. We don't sell or rent personal information, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where it goes

The Site has no forms and doesn't store personal information in a website database. We use these service providers:

  • Site hosting: Lovable, with its hosting infrastructure
  • Email: Migadu, which stores our email on servers in the European Union (France and Germany)

Our providers may also process data in other countries where they operate.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your inquiry and any follow-up, and then for up to 3 years for our records, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email contact@twinharborventures.com. We'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law, and you can complain to your local data-protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive, including access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
